    Members of the Notre Dame and Saint Mary's College communities are invited to attend
    the annual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium and Three-Minute Thesis
    (3MT) Competition to support undergraduate students and to learn about their summer
    research projects and experiences.

    Students will present a broad range of research topics during the poster sessions, and
    3MT finalists will present a three-minute thesis, competing for the top three awards,
    during the 3MT competition. There are 138 student participants from 20 different
    summer programs and 5 research laboratories representing the College of Arts &
    Letters, College of Engineering, College of Science, The Graduate School, Notre Dame
    Global, Notre Dame Research, and Saint Mary’s College.
