For those who use the Web to communicate with others professionally, a basic familiarity with HTML and CSS can improve the clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness of your communication and design. In this workshop, we will:
Learn the foundations of HTML, including page structure, the box model, key HTML elements
Learn the foundational concepts of CSS, including the cascade, the different cases for external, embedded, and inline styles, and using the Web Developer Console to inspect and edit styles
Learn to leverage the Bootstrap framework to rapidly create stunning responsive webpages
