An Overview on Academic Soft and Hard Skills

This workshop aims to provide graduate students with an interactive overview of both soft and hard skills that instructors are expected to know but are never explicitly trained on. More specifically, we will discuss how to write letters of recommendation and lesson plans, among other skills that are not covered during your academic journey.
