Individual Development Plan (IDP) Workshop

Did you know that you are more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down? This session will focus on creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP), which includes reflection, exploration, and incorporating goal setting into your professional and career development. There will be an opportunity to reflect on your strengths & development areas, and to generate SMART goals.
