Well-being implies an interdependent relationship of social, occupational, intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Learning to manage this relationship is necessary to building resilience-based strategies and skills to call on during times of challenge and personal growth. In this workshop, participants will reflect on how they currently cultivate personal habits of well-being through mindfulness and how they can translate these skills in the classroom. Ultimately, we will become more aware of how we can model, implement, and nurture wellbeing practices in the classroom to encourage a culture of wellness.

Registration will open 3 weeks before the workshop

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
